on the Fifth Day of Christmas...

The Christmas season is getting somewhat confusing at our house.  Once we decided to open presents on the 30th, everything was potentially in flux and it has been.

You may remember that we visited Blue Mountain Cider Company/Watermill Winery yesterday.

Our friend, tasting room manager, Tori told us about a drink that a “Cider Bar” in Portland, Oregon had developed.  They call it a chocolate covered cherry.  They pour Blue Mountain (hard) cherry cider in a glass and pour an equal amount of Rogue Brewery chocolate stout over it – a chocolate covered cherry!  So on our fifth day of Christmas we had a chocolate covered cherry.
